Once a piece of art has been purchased, making sure that it gets to you safely delivered as well as on time is most important. Yaheya will make sure that all works are securely packaged for transit.
Yaheya is often asked about timeframes for delivery as this can be critical if artwork is being given as a gift for a birthday or anniversary. From experience, delivery can be arranged worldwide so as to be with you within 4 days if required. Tell Yaheya your requirements and she will do everything to accomodate your needs.
Artwork can be delivered to you in a number of ways, so as to make sure of it's safe arrival.
Original Paintings on Canvas or Paper
Should you live in London or the home counties, it may be possible for me to deliver it directly to you. To explore this option, please do e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone.
Alternatively items can be delivered by ParcelForce on a tracked and signed for basis if the address is UK based. The cost of delivery if under £20.00 is included within the quoted price of the work. For items to be delivered outside the UK, please do contact Yaheya to arrange a suitable arrangement.
Prints can make a wonderful alternative to the original painting or drawing at a very reasonable price. Each print is produced using a fine art printing process known as Giclee. Prints can be made to your own size specification and a price can be advised accordingly.
Delivery costs are in addition and will be confirmed after the sale after liaising with the printer to confirm.
Yaheya wants you to be completely happy with the purchase of your artwork. If you change your mind within 7 working days of delivery, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a refund of the cost of the artwork. If you change your mind after 7 working days of delivery, you can still return the artwork under my "no quibble" returns policy within 21 days, but you will be asked to cover the cost of returning the artwork.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any artwork purchased on the website within 7 working days of delivery of the artwork. If you wish to cancel, follow the procedure below.
You must notify Yaheya of your intention to return the artwork within 7 working days from the day after delivery by emailing email@example.com. You should include your contact details in any e-mail. It is essential that the artwork is returned in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. Failing this, it may not be possible to give a refund. Once the artwork is received from you in its original condition, a refund for the price you paid for the item will be issued. Delivery charges will paid by you for returned works.
This cancellation policy does not apply in the case of commissioned artwork; however your statutory rights are not affected.
Return of goods
Yaheya operates a "no-quibble" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition within 21 days from date of delivery for a refund less delivery charges.
It is essential that the artwork is returned in the same condition you receive it and in its original packaging. Failing this, it may not be possible to give a refund. For this reason, it is recommend that you use an insured recorded delivery or specialist courier service or ask Yaheya to arrange for a courier to collect the artwork and deliver it back. Return delivery charges will be at your own expense. Please contact Yaheya to arrange for courier collection by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
You do not need to provide a reason for returning the artwork.
Once the receive the artwork is received from you in its original condition, a refund for the price you paid for the item will be issued. Unfortunately Yaheya cannot refund any delivery charges paid by you when the artwork was delivered to you.
This refund policy does not apply in the case of commissioned artwork; however your statutory rights are not affected.
Damaged or faulty goods
In the event of any artwork supplied arriving in a damaged or faulty condition, please note and sign any damage on the delivery note at the time of delivery. Please then email email@example.com or phone to inform of the damage within three days of delivery.
Collection of the artwork by specialist courier will be made at the expense of Yaheya. Replacement of faulty or damaged artwork will be made where possible or, at the discretion of Yaheya, a refund will be made, including any delivery charges which were paid by you when the artwork was delivered to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
As soon as the artwork is delivered to you, you will be responsible for it. From the time of delivery of the artwork, any loss or damage to it shall be at your own risk.
Artwork will only be delivered to the address you have supplied and artwork will not be left without a signature. Please note that where it has not been possible to deliver artwork to you and our agents are required to take the artwork into storage or to rearrange delivery, the right is reserved to recover any storage and additional delivery costs from you.
